This role requires you to maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and contribute to the business growth of the portfolio. Consisting of mainly SME (Business Packages) and some larger clients.
Your role will involve:
Client Renewal Reviews.
Handle client queries via phone and email.
Preparation of quotes.
Preparation of Renewal declarations
Source and follow up terms from Insurers
Pre-Renewal summaries / questionnaires
Scanning and electronic filing
Preparation of Certificates of insurance
Checking Renewal schedules
Coordinate debtor management processes
Ensure all Administration tasks are up to date
Attend various training events
Qualities required for the role include sound technical knowledge in commercial lines (SME), very good negotiation and communication skills with clients and Tier 1 (broking) qualifications.
12 month contract role.
