ROLE OVERVIEW
The Account Manager – NSW, is responsible for selling and promoting all Zodiac Pool Care products and equipment to Pool Shops, Mobile Pool Service’s and Pool Builders across the Sydney Metro Region, with regular travel throughout the state. The state office is located in Smithfield, NSW.
Responsibilities include:
Electronically completing and regularly submitting weekly call cycles;
Maintaining correct pricing policies of the Company;
Negotiating sales targets and programs with major customers;
Maximising sales and profits of all Zodiac Pool Care product groups;
Setting up and maintaining in-store POS and merchandising promotions;
Attending trade shows and SPASA meetings in the area;
Travelling regularly to regional areas.
KEY COMPETENCIES
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate your previous experience (minimum 2-3 years) in growing sales activity in a defined territory
Proven ability to meet and exceed set sales targets
Experience in building long lasting business relationships
Clear and professional communication skills
IT literacy is imperative for reporting and electronic daily communication requirements.
Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative
Ability to organise and prioritise.
Current drivers’ license is mandatory as is the ability to travel.
Pool industry experience not required.
