The Client Service Officer role supports 2 Financial Planners by providing high quality financial planning services to existing and new clients. We are looking for somebody with a minimum of 3 years experience working within a Financial Planning Business, or a Diploma of Financial Services (or equivalent), RG146 Compliant.

The Role:
Thorough implementation of Statements of Advice
Understanding of FDS and Opt In
Knowledge of FoFA and financial planning compliance
Proactive in addressing client queries
Assisting the FP team and the practice principal with brainstorming ideas
Keeping clients content
Proficiency in XPlan, preferable
Part Time or Full Time available for the right candidate.

Very good understanding of insurance and super
Preference to working with SMSF and Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangements.
Sound knowledge of social security, superannuation, retirement strategies.
Ability to work alone or as a team
Flexibility when change needs to occur
Desire to learn
Happy to help others – its a small business
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a drive to achieve targets.
This is a great opportunity to further your skills and experience in Financial Planning and advance your career in this field. Applicants with a Degree in Commerce or Finance or currently studying in these areas will be preferentially treated as we see this role as a pathway to an advice position in the future, although not essential for this position.
