This organisation is an established financial services organisation specialising within outsourced mortgage processing. The Client Services team is a back office team who essentially manages process and customer communications of all post new loan settlement variations.
Due to increased volumes and growth, this client has a number of full-time vacancies working either 8.30am – 5pm or 9.30am – 5:30pm.
Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls within agreed service levels
Communicate with customers and their solicitors, loan writers and panel solicitors
Assisting with the review of “work in progress” files
Managing the Client Services group inbox
Assist with logging full discharges
The successful candidate will have:
Experience within a mortgage support environment
Strong background in customer service, ideally in a contact centre environment
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Positive attitude and ability to relate well to others
