Determined to provide best practise customer service we aim for the agency to lead the industry and are looking for a fashion account manager who will share that vision and positivity.
You will join the agency’s Sydney showroom, so the idea of growing with this business is a major draw card for you.
As a fashion account manager you will generate sales for a portfolio of fashion labels by identifying and developing relationships with relevant retail accounts. This role will focus on relationships with independent boutiques and online stores. However experience with majors and chains would be highly regarded.
You might currently be working as a buyer, store manager or area manager for a fashion retailer. You’re looking for a challenge, variety and the opportunity for growth that exist in a growing business. You will always be on the lookout for ways to better market your labels and support your retail clients. Alternatively you may be a recent graduate or entry level candidate.
Your strengths lie in:
Good understanding of the needs and operations of key retailers
Proven sales excellence – The ability to meet and exceed weekly, monthly and seasonal targets
Great relationship management – You listen to and understand buyers and their businesses
Customer service and follow up – You always do what you promise
Contacts within the retail industry would be highly regarded
Time management and organisation – prioritising is critical in this fast paced environment
Effective multi-tasking – You can easily switch between tasks and not drop the ball
Attention to detail – All your orders are processed and administrative tasks completed accurately
Outstanding communication skills – As strong in writing as in person and over the phone
We do provide an extensive induction training program into the world of fashion wholesale but also expect our account managers to be proactive in their career growth. Open communication is encouraged, especially new ideas and positive improvements.
