We are seeking the services of a well presented Personal Assistant to provide high calibre administrative support to our Managing Director.
The successful applicant must possess:
A minimum of 5 years experience in a role as Senior Secretary or 3 years as a Personal Assistant;
High efficiency with attention to detail;
Typing speed of 65 wpm with 99% accuracy;
Advanced computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise competing demands;
Ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision.
This position reports directly to the Managing Director and duties include:
Screening and prioritising potential visitors and incoming communications in accordance with criteria provided;
Preparing records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for meetings;
Assist with the preparation of corporate documentation and marketing material;
Assist with the Managing Director’s email correspondence and formulate responses/follow up when appropriate;
Assist with travel arrangements for the Group’s personnel;
Planning and coordinating business appointments and meetings;
Maintain Managing Director’s confidential records and filing of reports, contracts, correspondence and related material for ease of retrieval and archiving as required;
Undertake and assist in special projects as required
