Administration Assistant – Mni Electrospark

MNI Electrospark All Trade Services provides a range of day-day, end-to-end, standard and environmental Electrical, Building & Maintenance and Plumbing Solutions in order to maximise customer satisfaction.

Currently we require an Admin./Customer Service personnel to start immediately.

The Successful Applicant must have:
Excellent typing Skills/ min 40-45 wpm
Must HAVE Well Spoken English
Excellent Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent problem solving Skills
Team Player
Good Work Ethic
You would be expected to take on a variety of tasks.
You would be required to work at times under pressure and to a deadline
You would be required to work overtime if and when the need arises.
Fluent in English and well presented.
MUST be Computer literate – Exposure to Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent time management and organisational Skills

Previous experience in contracts administration will be highly regarded but not necessary.
