About the Role
The Corporate Receptionist-Facilities Management position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of superior customer and catering services and be the companies FOH face to both internal and external customers.

Located at the front desk this is a “hands-on “role looking after the day to day amenities services and F&B requirements of our clients Brisbane CBD office. This role will have a task list that includes ordering of catering, set up/pack down and cleanliness of meeting rooms, staff kitchens and front of house areas.

The preferred candidate will have a background in corporate catering, 5.0-star conference and events or food & beverage services in a hotel or corporate boardroom environment.

About You!
You will be confident, proactive and enjoy not just catering services, but a front desk presence. You will meet and greet internal and external clients, liaise with the PA/EA’s with meeting room bookings and the ordering of catering requirements. Attributes to be successful in this role include advanced communication skills, superior customer service, and an eye for detail.

You must hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an F&B Attendant, or in corporate boardrooms
Superior Customer service skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
Immaculate grooming and presentation
Computer literate, with an understanding of MS Office (intermediate level)
Superior Barista skills (A MUST)
Only Australian Permanent Residents will be considered. Holiday and temporary Visa holders will not be in contention for this role and sponsorship will not be available.
