CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (30 hours/week)

THE CHALLENGE
The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for HumanWare Australasia clients, agents, suppliers and dealers. She/he provides answers/solutions to customer enquiries about first line technical support, product usage & training, repairs, delivery and product information. She/he supports the Sales team with customer requests: sending quotes and following-up, sending information (emails, brochures, product usage videos, FAQ documents), facilitating software upgrades on products and upselling products over the phone. The Customer Service Representative takes over national & regional industry events and books in demonstrations or meetings into the Account Manager / General Manager diaries. She/he also provides administrative and operation services for the HumanWare Australia office.

REQUIREMENTS
High school degree
2 years of relevant experience in customer service
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook), Sugar CRM is an asset
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Organized, autonomous and good time management skills
Flexible and ability for multitasking
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability for team work
Good judgment.
Track record of over-achieving quotas
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
