We now require the services of a very talented Receptionist to join us at our Head Office at “The Rocket” Robina.

To achieve the goals and vision for the business, you will need to be an energetic and driven professional, committed to delighting our clients to make our vision a reality.

Key Responsibilities:

Meeting and greeting guests and clients
Attending to phone calls, directing accurately and accordingly with a smile
Managing meeting room bookings and refreshments
Incoming & outgoing mail management
Monitoring and maintaining office and general housekeeping
Petty cash reconciliation activities

Essential Key Selection Criteria:

Proven strong administrative/reception background
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Excellent phone manner
Highly organised
Thorough attention to detail
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
A willingness to learn and take on additional tasks
Strong computer and MS Office skills
Excellent presentation
