Principal Mission

The Sales Consultant requires being an Ambassador of the Brand, and individual achievement of sales goals and the implementation of superior customer service while adhering to polices and procedures.

The Keyholder is responsible for the store when Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager are not there, also holds keys to the store and performs basic opening and closing management functions.

KPI (Key Performance Indicator)

Contribute in the stores monthly sales goals
Achieves goals for Unit Per Transaction, Average Invoice, and any other target determined by Management

Customer Service

To deliver Anne Fontaine customer service standards
Every sale has to be registered to every client capture in detail
To build and to follow client book regularly

Marketing/Brand Development

Communicates the philosophy of the “Brand” into the world of Anne Fontaine to clients
Upholds Anne Fontaine image through personal presentation and be an Ambassador of the “Brand”
Assists team with local and national events

Merchandise/Presentation

Maintains store in accordance with visual directives and  presentation standards
Handled all products with respect and care
Replenish all products when needed

Training

Complete and follow The Hire Training program
Have knowledge of all Company process manuals
Product knowledge of the fit, care, and fabrics of all styles
Have knowledge of all Anne Fontaine collections (name and price)

Operations

Participates in maintaining a clean and organised store
Participates on deliveries and stock returns
Participates in all physical inventories and reconciliations
Performs other duties as determined by Manager
Respect Company information confidentially
Performs opening and closing procedures
Protect all Company assets
