Senior PA and Team Assistant – Megara Constructions Pty Ltd – Perth

A boutique, award winning Development and Construction Company in vibrant inner Perth is actively looking for an experienced, dynamic PA to the Managing Director. This is a rare opportunity for someone with a background as a PA/EA to support high level executives within the Development and Construction field. In this position you will be providing support to the MD of the company as well as providing administration assistance to the wider team. The key aim of your role will be to ensure the MD can achieve his business goals by alleviating him from the administration and the management of the office as well as having the initiative and confidence to motivate the team in the MD’s absence.

Responsibilities include:
Extensive diary management
Internal and external client liaison
Wider team support including Marketing
Meeting logistics
Minute taking
Travel arrangements
Database management
Ad hoc projects
Formatting and managing of proposals, presentation materials and other documents

Candidate requirements:
Have 3+ years supporting a Managing Director
Presentable, articulate and happy!
Exceptional communication skills
Want a PA role that is not a typical PA role
Have the ability to multitask and perform with minimal error
Be confident in juggling competing priorities
Have exceptional time management skills
Not be intimidated by tight deadlines
Possess a level of intelligence that allows you to be able to think laterally and problem-solve quickly
Be ambitious and driven exhibiting a genuine desire to succeed within their career.
Have the desire to help others within the team
Advanced skills using Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)

Desirable but not required:
Experience in the Property Development industry with a track record of success working as a PA within a professional services environment
The salary will be dependent on your experience.
