MobileDEN is a Cloud Based Mobile Platform (http://mobileden.com.au) that provides companies / brands with the ability to engage, transact and interact with their customers across all digital and mobile channels. Our fully integrated and end-to-end platform and service delivery team has been in the market for over 3 years and we work with some of the biggest brands in Australia. As a member of The Gruden Group, we are in the final stages of listing on the ASX and looking to significantly grow the team to deliver on our global rollout plans, and are looking for the best people in market to help in our expansion.
MobileDEN offers our clients various Pre-built core modules such as Digital Loyalty, Mobile Payments / bar tabs, Ordering, plus much more, yet with a focus on increasing customer engagement and driving users back in venue to make another transaction. Specifically, our white label apps provide the pre-built functionality that allows brands to get up and running quicker, for a fraction of the cost to develop or build it themselves.
You will be working in a highly skilled team with your responsibilities relating to collecting and defining customer requirements and clearly documenting and planning out system integrations, connectivity and working with the product and clients teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
This will be a contract role initially with a view to permanent based on performance and cultural fit. Salary package is based on your qualifications and experience, great perks, flexible working hours, and a great social calendar!
Lead and/or contribute to business analysis exercise planning;
Effectively and efficiently capturing business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders employing various approaches and techniques, including workshops & interviews;
Undertake research and reviews of relevant material to provide both contextual and specific insights for a given project or initiative;
Managing and communicating requirements to all stakeholders using formal high quality documentation and other suitable formats and methods;
Develop supporting design documentation such as Site Maps, Wireframes, User Scenarios, technical descriptions, and test scripts;
Lead and/or contribute to the conversion of business requirements into prototypes or conceptual models that will guide content and functional outcomes;
Identify and pursue opportunities for increasing ease-of-use and usefulness in all team outputs;
Communicate recommendations clearly through supporting documentation, one-on-one dialog, and through group presentation;
Ensure requirements management approach supports traceability throughout projects/initiatives;
Contributing to quality management including automated and manual testing for both the application and the environment.
Contribute to application design to ensure that client business needs are met or address technical challenges effectively and efficiently;
Other associated duties as required.
A strong client-centric service approach;
Experience in the full life-cycle of software and/or product development;
Recent experience in digital solution delivery;
Prior experience in a web/mobile/tablet solution production;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, having the ability to liaise with clients on the phone, face-to-face and via collaboration tools;
A strong command of the English language suitable for a professional setting;
Be able to express yourself clearly and concisely, and to adjust your communication style to accommodate various audiences;
Experience with automated deployment IT tools and technologies;
Working understanding of the industry standards in business analysis (eg: BABOK);
Demonstrable software testing experience;
Demonstrable experience with DataFlow design and data modelling.
Experience in product or platform focused development environments;
Experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence, Jama, Visio, Balsamiq;
Understanding of information security frameworks (ASD’s ISM, ISO 27001, PCI, OWASP);
Understanding of and/or exposure to solution delivery in a Government setting;
Prior experience in delivering complex mobile applications.
