3 Month Contract
Lead the Technical Services Function in a dynamic and fast paced environment, working with a committed and passionate team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Management of the support team
Act as a conduit between the various platform services teams
Act as an escalation point for technical issues in business and after hours
Implementation, maintenance, enhancement and support of new and existing infrastructure, environments and solutions;
Monitor, manage and enhance the availability, capacity and performance of Infrastructure;
Build and support virtual servers;
Share after hours (on call) support responsibilities with team members;Skills & Experience
Skills & Experience
Ability to lead technically and manage technical escalations
Support experience with significantly sized user base (>500 users).
Strong understanding of Microsoft based products
Strong customer communication and documentation skills
Previous experience in infrastructure design, build, deployment and disaster recovery testing
Proficient knowledge in change, incident and problem configuration management, such as ITIL
Microsoft certifications working to towards MTA\MCSA for Client and Server systems Windows 8\10, windows server 2008\2012
Experience working with Microsoft exchange 2010\2013
