Our client is one of Australia’s largest listed companies offering diverse business operations. The organisation is seeking to recruit a senior associate level lawyer with a solid background in personal injuries / workcover litigation.
You will be working alongside other specialists, but also enjoy the benefits of working in a multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and enthusiastic lawyer with approximately 4 to 6 years’ experience. You have a can-do approach, are confident and enjoy working with a broad range of people. You must be able to work independently when required and be able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
In this role, you will provide specialist legal advice, and drive the strategic direction of litigated claims including improved outcomes on common law claims and ensure compliance with self insurance licensing requirements.
Personal attributes sought include clear communication skills, self-confidence, the ability to build strong client relationships and a desire to add value.
