The position
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with workers compensation knowledge looking to further their career in Learning and Development.  This role is based on a 12 month (FTE) Fixed Term Contract.
Main responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining training material in line with legislative change and industry requirements;
Co-ordinating, facilitating and administering internal and external training programs as required;
Conducting Training Needs Analysis and making recommendations that are best for business;
Maintaining up to date training records within the Learning Management System (LMS);
Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations as required;

Promoting internal GB Training programs.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2 years Workers Compensation  experience
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
Learning and Development experience (desirable)
Experience in facilitating small group sessions (essential)
