We are seeking an experienced mental health training manager to join our dynamic and creative team, working to make a real difference in people’s lives. This position is full-time, 75 hours per fortnight and located in Cannington.

Key Requirements

Demonstrated experience in mental health recovery training and education and curriculum development within a human services context.
Proven capability to provide senior level support and recovery leadership within a mental health domain.
Proven planning, budget, staffing and coordination skills at an intermediate management level.
Capacity to prepare reports for senior management.
Demonstrated negotiation, problem solving, analytical and conflict resolution skills.
Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Advanced communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training linked to organisational goals and industry objectives.
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering recovery based mental health training to internal and external stakeholders
Undergraduate qualification/experience in Education and Training/or recognised training qualification.
Current National Police Clearance certificate and current Driver’s license.
