About the Position

As our newest Civils Foreman, you will work as part of our site based operations team responsible for the on-time delivery of a variety of pipeline renewal projects undertaken on behalf of major water / wastewater infrastructure owners.

Typical duties will include…

Planning and scheduling of site activities.

Site management and development of up to 5 crews.

Developing solutions for site issues.

Coordinating internal and external resources, including sub-contractors.

Liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Providing site updates to the office.

Applying your knowledge and initiative to continually improve project results.

About You

You will be an experienced foreman with practical technical ability who is highly motivated to succeed.  You will have experience with pipe work, PE welding, concrete and leading a number of crews. You will be able to display a hands-on approach to leadership and relevant work experience within the civil construction sector. Direct exposure with trenchless technologies for water / wastewater, will also be highly regarded.
