Key responsibilities
This position is responsible for weekly driver pay and updating equipment interchange dates in WebEC. Responsible for coordinating interdepartmental tasks between dispatch and safety teams to ensure settlement and documentation is kept current with the Department of Transportation Safety Regulations.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Monday – Tuesday coordinate driver pay:
o Compare driver manifest to owner operator report generated from WebEC
o Identify discrepancies and fix according to procedures
o Issue manual pay when applicable
o Coordinate the manual deductions as delegated by management
• Wednesday –Thursday & Saturday to organize and review departmental audits
o Update Pier A & PCT notification
o Assemble manifest, WEBEC updates
o Complete Hour of Service audit
• Ensure consistency, continuity and completion of business processes under direct to moderate supervision.
• Resolve routine to moderately complex problems/issues with limited guidance
• Communicate with customers/clients as required, escalating complex problems/issues

Other Responsibilities:
• Process driver manifest and enter EIR dates in WebEC:
o Open driver manifest packed and assemble attached documents in order of the driver’s hand written manifest
o Audit driver hand written manifest to attached documents
o Enter EIR dates in WebEC according to procedures
o File driver manifest in assigned driver files
• Manual Hours of Service audit. Once completed log all submitted HOS. Perform monthly HOS audit & advise management of any HOS not submitted
• Create manual proformas/billing customers and ensure all manual pays are billed

• Assists other desks as workload permits or directed by supervisor
• Supports the company’s commitment to Integrated Management Systems (IMS) certifications
• Performs job related duties as specified by management
