The Opportunity

The Technical Officer (Dam Safety) is a key participant in strategy, planning and performance for the creation, management and replacement of assets by supporting and assisting the Asset Strategy Planning and Performance Department with all facets of asset management.

The Challenges

Development of system and asset class policies, strategies, plans and programs.
Develop, maintain and approve technical asset standards, drawings, operational manuals and other asset management documentation.
Identification, investigation and optioneering of system improvements.
Development and implementation of condition assessments, analysis and reporting.
Development of business cases for optimised asset management solutions.
Development and maintenance of a compliance and routine dam inspection program..

Who are you?

Do you have tertiary qualification in Engineering?
Do you have knowledge of the water and sewer industry?
Do you have proven experience or a understanding of dam safety management?
Are you experienced with working with consultants and key stakeholders?
