Technology Services (BTS) forms part of the Finance, Strategy and Operations
Branch within the Department of Industry. The Department already has a reputation for service excellence and
innovation within Technology. We were the first Government Department in
Australia to adopt SAP ERP in the cloud more than three years ago and recently
adopted the google platforms for email and collaboration.

BTS are looking to recruit to a Change
Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that changes to information
systems and related infrastructure meet the needs of the department and are
implemented in a way that manages risk. This includes oversight of quality
assurance processes across a significant number of change projects running
concurrently across the department to reduce defects and maintain quality
