Description

The Kitchen Department is responsible for producing high quality meals for all guests dining our Food & Beverage outlets, including our Pearls Bar, Terraces Restaurant and Oasis Pool Bar. They are responsible for creating amazing dining experiences for our guests.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Full Time Chef de Partie to join our busy food preparation team. As a member of our five star culinary team, you will support the Sous Chef with daily management and food preparation and lead and direct Banquet and Restaurant Chefs. You will work in several different areas of the kitchen, including a la carte, buffet, cold larder, mise-en-place and banquets. Experience in a range of different cooking styles and preparation techniques is essential, as is proven experience in supervision, training and development of the kitchen brigade. To assist us in maintaining our reputation for outstanding food and beverage quality, only candidates with a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence need apply.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess prior experience in a large kitchen, a genuine passion for cooking, self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised. You must also be available to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
