Business Development Manager – Inspire HQ – Sydney

Bartlett Blinds, a division of CE Bartlett, are a family owned and operated business and are a well-known manufacturer of Sun Blinds and Awnings. Committed to service, quality and investing in new technologies, Bartlett Blinds are seeking a results driven, customer focused and self-motivated individual to manage their New South Wales sales operations.

We’re searching for a talented Business Development Manager – Sales Representative who has a proven track record in servicing an existing customer base while developing new customers by identifying, creating and building long term relationships.

This is the job for you if you enjoy:

Servicing existing retail and wholesale customers

New business development for a range of products

Delivering on sales targets and KPI’s

Assisting in the preparation of sales budgets, expense budgets, rolling forecasts and KPI’s

Participating in weekly sales meetings including reporting on activity KPI’s

Maintaining an accurate customer database and sales pipeline

Providing technical advice and training to customers on products and application

Assisting with product and warranty claim inspections, including managing customer resolutions

Maintaining stakeholder relationships with relevant associations, publications and representatives

Ideally you’ll have had previous experience in the Blinds and Awning industry however don’t be deterred from applying if you don’t. You’ll just need to show us you are technically/mechanically minded, have experience in selling and providing technical support for a “like” product and have strong learning agility.

You’ll be a savvy communicator who is able to influence and negotiate coupled with strong interpersonal skills. The ability to demonstrate initiative, problem solve and think outside the square to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes will see you succeed in this challenging yet rewarding position.

The successful individual will be provided with all the necessary tools of trade and will operate from a home office and on the road.
