Located in Cairns, this modern facility provides an array of amazing lifestyle amenities for residents. Under the leadership of an experienced Facility Manager, this home offers a range of care services, including extra services.

The Role

With the support of a Facility Manager, Assistant Facility Manager and two additional Clinical Managers, you will share the responsibility in leading and managing the clinical, allied health, therapy and lifestyle services. This critical role will ensure that a high standard of care is maintained the home and is a member of a highly effective and efficient leadership team.

You will provide direction and expert clinical advice to your team. This role will also include the responsibility of managing their educational and professional development and championing the customer service within the facility.

Key Selection Criteria

We are seeking an experienced aged care CCC/CM with strong clinical skills. As a qualified and registered RN, it is imperative that you have an in-depth understanding of ACFI and the accreditation standards.

You will also need to posses strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor both clinical and non clinical staff.
