We have a role available for contract administrator, to establish contracts in accordance with approved policies and procedures by management. The successful candidate must have relevant skills and competencies to be accountable and responsible for the role
Prepare and administer contract documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures and statutory requirements to maintain the integrity of contract information.
Prepare timely and accurate reporting related to contracts and their performance and provide updated status to the management.
Analyse, review and negotiate terms and conditions of the contracts for existing and new clients.
Establish and maintain a clear and constructive relationship between the suppliers/clients and company to maximise value, resolve issues, identify and minimise risk as well as to support informed decision-making for the company.
Close working relationship with the management and advise them timely on attention seeking matters.
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other licensing authorities.
Maintaining reports for the record and future reference of the company.

Ability to detect inaccuracies, ambiguities and inconsistencies in the design of a contract.
Ability to monitor and track contractor performance as it relates to contractual obligations.
Knowledge to interpret contract provisions critically.
Ability to investigate and resolve disputes.
Relevant post-secondary qualification (Although substantial experience in the relevant field will be a good substitute).
Australian citizen and permanentt resident preferred.
