Customer Service Coordinator – Marlow Appliance Services – Melbourne

(Part Time Position)

We are seeking the services of an experienced individual that genuinely enjoys dealing with customers and helping others for an immediate start within a well established appliance service business where your abilities and skills will be encouraged but challenged and your efforts are both appreciated and acknowledged.

Although this position is primarily dealing with in-bound customer service requests for in home service the position also encourages staffs involvement to assist with the daily challenges and responsibilities associated with running a service business.

The successful applicant must poses and demonstrate:

* Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to show initiative.

* Have an attention to detail.
* Be enthusiastic and helpful at all times.
* Happy disposition.

This position will require the successful candidate to work under pressure both as part of a team and un supervised.

Previous experience would be preferred however all necessary training will be provided.
