Office Manager / HR Assistant – Jivaro Recruitment Agency – Sydney

JIVARO is an Australian owned and globally recognised boutique retail recruitment agency, specialising in matching exceptional candidates to ultimate careers in the retail and fashion industries.

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager & HR Assistant who will be responsible for coordinating the smooth running of the office through proficiency, high energy and ability to support the office when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day operations of the office
Provide team administration support
Coordination of on-boarding new starters
Implement and maintain office administration policies and procedures
Organise Director’s diary
Scanning, filing, typing, shredding, labelling and other general office duties i.e. expenses, references
Coordinate staff events
Weekly and Quarterly sales reporting to a high standard
All weekly business reporting
Social Media management
Daily e-mail management for the business
Manage all external supplier relationships; IT, Mobile Phone etc.

To be Successful You Must:

Have 2+ years Office Management or Administration experience
Intermediate/Advanced level of Microsoft Office packages
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to show initiative
Working to deadlines and ensuring the work is of the highest standard
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to build and develop relationships with all levels
Multi-tasking ability and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
