Sloss First National are looking for a new property manager to join their team!

Duties will include:
Ingoing and outgoing inspections and condition reports
Maintenance and repairs
Arrears and termination notices
Liaising with tenants and landlords
Rental appraisals and new managements
Attending tribunal and RTA Dispute Resolution
Certificate of registration
At least one year property management department experience – not necessarily as a Property Manager
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Advanced computer skills
Takes pride in their work
Confident to work independently and able to work within a team environment
Salary will be negotiated based on experience
