Sales Co-Ordinator / Administrator – Vitality Brands Worldwide – Melbourne

Our brands can be found in a wide range of retail channels including pharmacies, chain and independent supermarkets, department stores, convenience and health stores, as well as on-line.

This career developmental role reports directly to the National Business Manager – Pharmacy and is based at our National Head Office in Hawthorn East, Melbourne.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the capability of supporting all aspects of Sales administration services and follow-up with:

National Pharmacy Retail Accounts;

Communication with category buyers and buyers assistants;

Administrative assistance to the sales & field team;

Customer service;

Processing orders & claims;

Completing new line forms and online new line submissions;

Completing state based promotional plans & submissions; and

General sales administrative duties as required.

In addition, the applicant should ideally have:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in either/both Independents & Pharmacy sales support/administrator role;

Independents & Pharmacy Wholesaler and Territory Manager relationship experience;

CRM & Trade spend management knowledge;

Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills – Excel & PowerPoint;

Strong organisational skills, including ability to prioritise work requirements and achieve deadlines, even under conflicting pressure;
Consistent excellence in attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision and within the Sales Strategic Plan;
A mature ability to multi-task and deal with varied duties from day to day;

Ability to follow instructions and be accountable for high quality activation with experience in developing effective stakeholder relationships maintained through strong communication skills;

Strong Team player willing to support all members of the team in all departments of the company – a ‘can do’ attitude! and

Professional work ethic and resilience. Ability to maintain high level of productivity, quality and consistent effectiveness.
