With product developments driving growth around Australia, this interesting Service Coordinator role is a key position supporting the Service & Spare Parts team, and it will appeal to a candidate with a technical aptitude and excellent people skills.
Duties are diverse and include scheduling, recording, invoicing, parts ordering, administration and reporting. Extensive liaison and organising is required, internally with the service team and with customers and suppliers, including business, private and government, therefore your communication must be friendly, confidant and clear.

You may be a recent graduate with a technical/engineering/business degree or a candidate with some experience ideally in technical support, seeking a role with responsibility.
It is essential your written and verbal communication is clear and confident. You’ll have good computer skills including Excel, any experience with an inventory/ERP system will be well regarded.
