Service Manager, Mulgrave – National Pharmacies – Melbourne

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Service Manager you will play a lead role within our ‘over the counter’ team, coaching and developing teams to ensure high levels of customer service are met.

Working together with the Pharmacist In Charge, you will be ready to take ownership for the pharmacy’s performance including the growth of membership, stock control and merchandising, rosters and training new employees. Additionally you will be committed to your own personal development and keen to participate in management meetings and further training.

Previous experience in a supervisory position in a retail or similar environment is desired.

MON: 8.30AM- 6.00PM
TUE: 8.30AM- 5.30PM
WED: 8.30AM- 5.30PM
THU: 8.30AM- 7.00PM
FRI: 10.00AM – 3.00PM / OFF (ALT)
SAT: OFF
SUN: OFF
