This is a fast paced, challenging role located at our busy Kings Way dealership where you will be responsible for the day to day running of the service department. We are looking for a strong, hands-on manager that can motivate staff and lead by example whilst being able to implement processes to deliver total customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Service Manager in reputable dealership
Ability to train and mentor staff
Strong organisation and time management skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple issues
Attention to detail and strong administration ability
Passion to succeed against set KPIs
Broad business approach with skills in controlling costs
Able to operate at optimum capacity while looking for ways to grow
Setting and obtaining service sales and profit objectives
