Digital Production Coordinator

Bauer Digital is offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and digitally savvy person to join Australia’s leading multi-platform magazine publisher, and work on powerhouse brands that are read by almost 11 million people each month, including The Australian Women’s Weekly, Gourmet Traveller, Woman’s Day and Real Living.

The Digital Production Co-ordinator is responsible for the production and publishing of Bauer Media’s digital replica magazines on digital platforms including Apple Newsstand, Google Play, Zinio and Magzter in addition to Bauer’s own digital platform.

This role also involves supporting the tablet and mobile team where necessary to collate, edit and upload content for mobile applications and new digital products. Working with daily deadlines, the Digital Production Co-ordinator ensures that our users enjoy uninterrupted delivery of our digital magazines and products. You will also assist marketing by delivering any requested material or information for the creation of promotional material.

The ideal candidate is process-driven and service-centric, and possesses good communication and relationship management skills necessary to liaise with a variety of stakeholders. You would be motivated, have a positive outlook, be a fast learner who is able to adapt quickly to any work environment and will also have a strong interest in digital publishing and interactive consumer technology.

Key skills

Experience in providing application support and customer service.
Basic to intermediate skills in the use of Adobe Photoshop.
Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills.
Strong time management and organisational skills.

This is a full time position, reporting to the Executive Producer of Tablet and Mobile, and working under the supervision of the Product Manager and Junior Product Manager.
