Position & Responsibilities
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of new and existing electrical contractor accounts. This role has a heavy emphasis on account development, working closely with clients, assessing requirements, providing product advise and identifying future business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage existing account relationships
Proactive client activity to create new business opportunity
Promote the company’s range of enterprise cabling solutions
Field inbound client inquiries
Provide exception customer service & support
Your background will ideally include a proven & successful internal sales experience in either an office based or call centre environment. Experience in Structured Cabling, Electrical, Telecommunications, Technology or related product field is desirable. You will have a thorough understanding of sales processes, with the ability to multitask and operate in a fast paced, dynamic team environment. You will have excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build and develop long term commercial relationships.
The successful applicant will receive a base salary of $55,000 – $60,000, commensurate with experience, plus Superannuation and Incentives ($8,000 – $15,000 pa). You will also have the opportunity to establish yourself with a leading national organisation.,
