They are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking Customer Service Officers with previous experience working within a busy call centre environment. Your main aim would be to provide quality assistance to high net worth clients to maintain the organisation’s reputation, answering enquiries regarding superannuation, investment and insurance accounts. However, if you do not have such experience, do not fear as you will be given outstanding training and opportunities to develop in the role therefore recent University graduates are also welcome to apply. The Job
Receiving and/or initiating calls to Financial Advisers, Investors and other high net individuals regarding their superannuation, investment, retirement and insurance accounts and providing an exceptional client experience on each call
Take pride in delivering solutions to customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, taking interest in fulfilling the customer experience
Resolving client queries and handling customer queries effectively

You
Ideally you have a proven track record in a customer service role in a busy call centre environment
Recent University graduates (in Australia) are definitely encouraged to apply
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to follow processes and procedures
The ability to adapt to change with ease and handle conflicting deadlines effectively
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
