The Role:
Manage the build from start to finish (Medium Density townhouse development- Inner north)
Oversee all sub-contractors & site team
Manage the quality of finishes
Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date
Implement & manage OH&S procedures on-site

Your Background
Trade background (Carpentry)
3 + years in a Management role delivering residential or commercial projects
Keen eye for detail and confident in managing larger scale projects
Strong communication & leadership skills

Attractive salary package ranging from $130k – $150k package + Car & bonus
