AE Administrative Services specialise in the provision of Accounting and Company Secretarial services to ASX listed companies.

We are looking to recruit a recent graduate or part qualified CA/CPA accountant who is looking to join our small sized accounting and administration team.

This great opportunity is ideal for an accounting candidate who is looking to join a close team environment and who is looking to step up into a qualified accounting role further down the track.

Duties for the role will include working alongside a qualified Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary, Accounts Clerk and Administrative Assistant  and bridging the accounting requirements within the team.

Duties would include general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, accruals and prepayments, helping to prepare statutory reports and completing the financial entries for the month end process. There will also be an element of Management Accounting which the business are will to train you in so experience in this area is not essential, yet a little exposure would be seen as an advantage. In addition, there would also be some exposure to Company Secretarial work that would be part of ongoing training.

To be successful in the role, you will have great attention to detail, have a progressive yet not aggressive personality and a willingness to step up over time, be able to learn new things quickly and have a good communication style to effectively work in a small team environment.
