The Director of the business is a highly experienced and well networked planner with a strong emphasis on customer service and achieving the best results for clients based on their short and long term financial requirements.

Having established the business it is currently in growth phase which will open up a number of doors for the position of Customer Relationship Manager to develop and the business is highly supportive of current and ongoing study in financial services.

As the CSM your role takes on all the support functions including face to face customer meetings, research, population of advice forms and customer follow up as well as keeping your eye on potential referral opportunities.

This position will require you to be process driven and highly organised and ideally with exposure to X-Plan or similar software.

There is a great deal of paperwork generated and time frames to be adhered to as well as taking care of the overall running of the office and supplies so the ability to multitask will be paramount.

We are looking for someone who will understand the needs of the clients and show empathy and realise that the function of the business is to give customers peace of mind with regards to their financial futures.

We want someone affable and approachable who is willing to learn, can pick themselves up when there are set backs and who approaches each day with positivity and gusto.

Ideally you will have a background in financial services, ideally with some exposure to para-planning and be committed the customers.

There are genuine opportunities for advancement and the role offers a salary of between $55-60k inclusive of super.

The hours are Monday to Friday 0830-1730 Monday to Friday and the position is available now.
