The core responsibilities within this challenging role will be:

·        Management of client relationships

·        Responsible for completion of all client related tasks including  delegated tasks

·        Client data base management

·        Receipt and management of all client related mail

·        All new account establishment

·        Insurance administration and underwriting

·        General administrative support to  advisers and support staff.

·        Contributes to team effort.

The successful applicant needs to have experience in the wealth management industry and must be someone who is looking for a career and not a 9 to 5 job. We also require an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as experience with a CRM system.
