About the role:
Reporting to the CFO this role will be autonomous in partnering with Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement and Planning to provide key commercial analysis and insights into operations, labour, margins and process improvement. This role will improve decision making and work on continuous improvement to support business growth.

Responsibilities:
Analyse and review of product costs and deviations, sales and promotions, labour and productivity and share insights, ensuring management have clear visibility
Ensuring internal controls and business best practice are in place
Inventory and systems management
New product analysis, working with manufacturing on best value from cost base
Working with sales and marketing to ensure ROI on promotions and rebates
Commercial analysis on customer and product trends and profitability
Assisting Senior Accountant with budgeting and reporting if required
Adhoc analysis and reporting for CFO and Senior Management

Skills and Experience:
Tertiary qualification with a background in FMCG, Manufacturing or similar product-based organisations. You have a minimum of 3 years in a Finance Business Partner or Commercial analysis role with demonstrated experience in Management reporting and commercial analysis. You have strong communication and rapport building skills to partner with the wider business and senior management. It will be beneficial to have exposure to data manipulation and dashboards, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
