FINANCE MANAGER – Sharp & Carter – Melbourne

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial reporting and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Oversee the budgeting & forecasting process ensuring key drivers and sensitivities are detailed and understood.
Evaluate strategic growth opportunities.
Partner business units to challenge assumptions, provide financial analysis and advisory services.
Manage and lead the audit process.
Lead, mentor & develop a team.
Identifying areas for continuous improvement and executing accordingly.
To be successful in your application, you will be CA/CPA qualified with strong commercial acumen and outstanding communication skills. You will have a proven track record of building relationships with key stakeholders, with 5+ years experience in a finance lead position.
