Reservations agent – Private Advertiser – Mornington Peninsula

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, in this hands-on role, you will assist guests to make reservations with the hotel via phone and email and ensure that all their needs are met and that they have a fantastic stay at the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
Taking accommodation reservations over the phone, email & via the internet.
Processing and inputting reservations into the system RMS.
Assisting with reservation enquiries, cancellations and amendments to bookings.
Assisting with reception and guest enquiries.

We are looking for someone who:
Can help deliver a ‘WOW’ customer service to our guests;
Previous experience within a hotel front office environment or similar would be beneficial.
This role requires full availability and flexibility for shifts.
Be available to work a mix of morning, evening and weekend shifts.
Has a ‘can-do’ attitude, and can think quickly.
A team player.
