About the role – Student Connect Officer (HEW 4)
Diverse, fun, and fast-paced front line student interfacing role
Close-knit team based at beautiful Nathan, Gold Coast, and South Bank campuses
Provide front-line inquiry services to undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students

Qualifications
About you
You are a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with exceptional customer service skills.
You enjoy providing high-level customer service in a busy and face-paced environment.
You have excellent communication skills, a commitment to providing high-level customer service and the ability to multi-task and provide accurate advice in a busy environment.
You have good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Previous experience working with students in a tertiary environment or a call centre will be highly regarded, but it is not compulsory!

Salary & Benefits
Base Salary $65,112 – $68,700 per annum. Salary package $76,181 – $80,379 including 17% employer superannuation.
