Data Entry Administrator x 2 – Alexander Appiontments – Sydney

About the role
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor you will be working within a specialised customer service team raising and processing the cancellation of purchase orders, raising credits, reverse receipts, collecting payments and entering them into the system. Training will be provided whilst your previous experience in SAP will ensure your success in this assignment.

About you
You should be ready and willing to start as a temp since we need an ASAP start. While offering you an opportunity to start as a temp, you will have enough time to showcase your qualities as a supreme operator, which will have you in an excellent position to be earmarked for permanent openings within the department. This high-volume, fast-paced role will require an eye for detail and ownership of tasks.
Proven Customer Service and Administration experience
Similar experience with excellent data entry speed and accuracy
Outlook and Excel skills required
You will also be a happy person with a positive attitude towards work and able to start quickly
Reliability and commitment to the role

Requirements
Comfortable to take a high-volume amount of calls.
Minimum 6 months of recent SAP Experience – confident proficiency using the system
Managed multiple outlook inboxes
No planned leave or holidays within the next 6 months
Willingness to do a pre-employment police check
Fully Covid Vaccinated or medically exempt
