    Play a facilitative role in the implementation of ACU’s Risk Management Framework
    Develop, maintain and enhance business continuity plans
    Full time, continuing appointment based at the North Sydney campus

The Office of Planning and Strategic Management (OPSM) assists the University to achieve its Mission and Vision through evidence-based decision-making and a strategic approach to planning, quality, risk and management. The Planning and Quality team is responsible for the development, implementation and continual improvement of the University’s planning, quality and risk systems.

As part of the Planning and Quality team, you will:

provide training, workshops and communications to increase staff awareness and knowledge of risk management
support organisational units to develop local business continuity plans to manage risk and potential business disruptions
facilitate risk assessment activities and the development of risk registers
continually review and improve policies, procedures and systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency

You will need to demonstrate:

experience developing, managing and implementing risk management frameworks and business continuity plans
an adaptable and autonomous nature, enabling you to exercise considerable initiative to achieve results
evidence of ability to show commitment with integrity to the Catholic Identity, Mission and ethos of the University
ability to develop highly effective relationships to enable a thorough understanding of varying business needs

Total remuneration valued to $104,204 – $116,503 pa, including salary component $88,054 – $98,446 pa (HEW Level 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
