Customer Services Officer – United Way Australia – Sydney

This role will provide comprehensive high quality customer service to a wide range of stakeholders – Community groups, parents, donors, volunteers and more.

You will have outstanding customer service and communication skills and an ability work independently to find practical solutions to customer service queries.

You will be responsible for undertaking the following tasks:

Providing excellent customer service to parents, supporters, community groups and others
Liaison with and support Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library community groups
Data entry and maintenance
Conducting baseline and follow up surveys with parents
Assisting with stakeholder communications including bulk emails and information packs.
Office administration functions such as collection of mail and answering phones.

To be considered for this role you will possess the following:

Previous experience customer service and an ability to manage difficult conversations.
Donor related exposure and/or experience is highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and be self-motivated with the ability to multitask
Exceptional organisational skills
Excellent relationship management skills
