Given our continuing growth, we seek a Principal Consultant (the most senior non-equity level in the company) with outstanding ability to design and deliver projects that may span leadership development, strategic planning, team effectiveness and organisational design. The ideal person will be able to operate with complete credibility at Board, CEO and Executive Team level and have outstanding facilitation skills which combine an outcome focus with creativity and the ability to think on one’s feet.

This combination of intellectual challenge and commercial exposure will appeal to top-calibre candidates with personal presence, business acumen, unwavering client focus and the highest standards of delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will be energetic, values-driven, and eager to work in a highly collaborative manner.  Given the seniority of the role, it is likely that the candidate will have at least 15-20 years of professional experience.
