The Student Experience Office (SEO) is seeking applications for an Executive/Project Officer. This role provides direct high-level support to the Chief Student Experience Officer and the SEO Strategy and Performance Manager within the Student Experience Office by managing a range of projects across the portfolio and ensuring ongoing adherence to, and promotion of, quality and positive student experience within the University.

The Executive/Project Officer will assist in developing and coordinating strategic and operational planning, and manage the preparation of submissions, reports and documents on behalf of the senior management team within the SEO. The Officer will also oversee the development and delivery of the SEO strategic and operational performance measurements.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated high level organisational and project management skills. The candidate will also have excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills with the ability to manage high volume workloads, competing priorities with a commitment to delivering an outstanding experience to customers and/or students.

This is a full-time role based at the Kingswood Campus, but travel to other campuses may be required.

Remuneration Package: Higher Education Worker Level 8 $111,562 to $123,846 per annum (comprising salary $94,271 to $104,651, plus 17% Superannuation, plus Leave Loading).
