About the business and the role
A part-time position in administration is available for immediate start in our Ballina office.
The position will be 4 – 5 hours per day for 4 or 5 days per week. The exact times and days can be confirmed and/or negotiated in an interview

Job tasks and responsibilities
This role is mainly front office reception which includes:
– Managing client enquiries
– Greeting clients
– Booking and managing appointments
– Taking payments
– Cleaning of office
– Running Errands
– Producing documents
Skills and experience
Applicants will need the following qualities:
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and typing experience is perferable
– Good customer service skills
– Good time management and organisational skills
– Attention to detail
– Well presented
