    The Role

Jobs Statewide is seeking an additional Regional Manager to oversee the operation and high performance of our new sites.

The successful applicant will have proven experience in managing high performance employment services or commercial recruitment including knowledge of the local labour market and strong links with local employers and the community.

They will need to be able to harness relationships with existing employers and broker new relationships as well as training, mentoring and motivating managers and employees at each site to deliver the best possible outcomes for employers and job seekers.

     What we’re looking for

Proven experience developing and managing high performance employment services or commercial recruitment branches across multiple sites;

Proven management experience with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast paced and pressured environment;

Strong links with employers and the business community and ability to develop and foster strong relationships;

Proven ability to achieve positive outcomes for employers and job seekers;

Strong knowledge of the local labour market and an ability to keep up to date with changing workforce trends;

Track record of achieving and exceeding business targets;

Ability to lead, manage and motivate staff and to create a positive and productive working environment.
